Board Meetings

Board meetings are held the second Mondays of every third month at the Fox Lake Park & Recreation Center , 71 Nippersink Dr. , Fox Lake at 7:00 pm.

In the beginning of the meeting, there will be an informal homeowner forum for not more than 30 minutes where homeowners can address the Board with any problems, questions, concerns, comments, or compliments.  The Board will address the comments as appropriate and/or act on them accordingly

At the conclusion of the homeowner forum, the actual Board meeting will take place and the business of the Association is conducted.  Once the Board meeting is called to Order, homeowners are respectfully requested to refrain from commenting or addressing the Board until the conclusion of the meeting.  Your cooperation is appreciated.

Once the actual Board meeting has finished, the Board has Executive Session, if needed.  During Executive Session, homeowner hearings are held for those who have requested a hearing with the Board to dispute an Association matter.  These hearings are private between the homeowner and the Board.  Board decisions on these matters are final and are sent to the homeowners in a letter following the sessions.

The Board appreciates the homeowners that attend the meetings, not only for the homeowner forum, but also for the actual business part of the meeting.  Often times, many of your questions or concerns are addressed during the business part of the meeting.
